One of the top priorities of Gov. Sonny Perdue's administration
is customer service. To that end, one of the first steps
in DNR's strategic planning process was to conduct a wide-reaching
customer survey. The purpose of the survey was to solicit public
input about how we manage our state's natural and cultural
resources. Georgians from throughout the state were asked
their opinions on a variety of issues ranging from outdoor recreation
to water use to historic preservation. Their views then were
incorporated into many of the strategies and objectives that will
guide DNR's work during the next decade.
Important: The survey is 400 pages long (1.2 megabytes in size)
and can take a long time to download.
